Transcript
Speakers are separated and timestamped. A sentence that starts in Hindi and finishes in English stays exactly as it was said — nothing is straightened out into textbook English that nobody in the room used.

Insights
A score out of 100 with no explanation is worse than no score — people either trust it when they should not, or dismiss the whole thing. Every metric here states its own formula next to the number.
Talk share is measured as normalised entropy across everyone present, so one person holding the floor shows up as a low balance rather than being hidden in an average.
