Payment processing is still being set up, so Personal and Pro cannot be bought today — the prices below are what they will cost, shown now so there is no surprise later. The free hour is fully available and every feature is unlocked in it. If you run out and want to keep going, write to us and we will extend your account by hand.
Allowances reset every month, including on yearly plans. Paid plans keep recording past their allowance at $1 an hour rather than stopping mid-meeting; the free hour simply ends. Cancel any time — you keep everything you have already recorded.
Every recorded hour costs us real money in transcription and analysis. A plan advertising “unlimited” either loses money on its best customers or quietly degrades them. We would rather show the number.
On a paid plan, nothing — recording continues and the extra hours bill at $1 each. On the free hour, recording stops, and everything captured up to that moment is saved and summarised as normal.
No — it is one hour for the life of the account. It exists so you can judge the product on a real meeting rather than a demo.
Paddle will, as merchant of record — taking the payment and handling sales tax and GST wherever you are, so card details never reach us. That integration is what is still being finished, which is why the paid plans read “coming soon”.
