Allowances reset every month, including on yearly plans. Paid plans keep recording past their allowance at $1 an hour rather than stopping mid-meeting; the free hour simply ends. Cancel any time — you keep everything you have already recorded.
Every recorded hour costs us real money in transcription and analysis. A plan advertising “unlimited” either loses money on its best customers or quietly degrades them. We would rather show the number.
On a paid plan, nothing — recording continues and the extra hours bill at $1 each. On the free hour, recording stops, and everything captured up to that moment is saved and summarised as normal.
